People buy stories. Stories build trust and create an emotional connection. Tell yours.

3. Create a Great Experience
Every interaction matters. Every single interaction is part of your brand experience.
Your website is your first impression. Is it easy to navigate and well-designed?
Your brand identity is your essence. I't’s not just how it looks—it’s how it feels.
Your packaging. Does it create excitement like a Hermès orange box?
Your customer service. Does your customer feel heard and valued?
A small exercise I like to do is to write down the first impression I get when I come across a brand or website I like. The goal is to write down how they make you feel as a consumer or user, and see how you can apply it to your brand.

4. Stay Consistent
The final pillar—consistency—is what transforms individual positive interactions into lasting trust.
